Характеристики
SN74AC14D, Триггер Шмитта [SO-14]The SN74AC14D is a Hex Schmitt-trigger Inverter contains six independent circuits. This device performs the Boolean function Y = A. Because of the Schmitt action, they have different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and for negative-going (VT-) signals. The circuits are temperature compensated and can be triggered from the slowest of input ramps and still give clean, jitter-free output signals. This device also has a greater noise margin than conventional inverters.
• Maximum tpd of 9.5ns at 5V
• Inputs accept voltages to 6V
• Green product and no Sb/Br
